2026-10-29 — Verification pass 2026-10-28: six figures published, the Medicare Bridge confirmed, every Lilly property still unread

The verification pass of 2026-10-29, run end to end. The federal TrumpRx platform, medicare.gov, novocare.com, ozempic.com, aspe.hhs.gov, fda.gov, cms.gov and investor.lilly.com were read directly, and the Eli Lilly pages were read in a browser after our automated requests to them were refused. Twenty-one of forty-seven figures are now confirmed against a primary source, two remain conflicting and twenty-four remain unverified. Six figures that rendered no price now do, the Zepbound prices are filed per strength so that a dose can no longer inherit another dose price, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge is confirmed at fifty dollars per month, and four of the five pending eligibility rules were retired against verbatim quotes. The figures whose conditions change on 2026-12-31 are staged on a separate branch and are not applied here.

• Correction, Zepbound, TrumpRx, 2026-10-29: the earlier note in this entry said the introductory-pricing caveat was refuted by the TrumpRx page. That was wrong, and it is replaced. The Zepbound offer is not an introductory offer at all. The manufacturer terms state a purchase offer that continues only while the refill is completed within 45 days of the previous delivery or receipt, with the regular price stated as $499 at 7.5 mg and $699 at 10 mg, 12.5 mg and 15 mg once that window is missed. The Zepbound rows now carry that precise restriction, and the TrumpRx page shows the same 45-day condition and the same contingent prices. The absence of a warning on one platform does not refute the terms on another.
• Read in a browser, 2026-10-29: every Eli Lilly property refuses an automated request with HTTP 403 and a bot-protection interstitial, so the Lilly pages were read in a browser instead, which is the method docs/ops-runbook.md has always prescribed. • Patient assistance, Ozempic and Wegovy: the Novo Nordisk Patient Assistance Program page was read directly on 2026-10-29. It publishes the income limits, at 200% of the federal poverty level for an uninsured patient on Ozempic and 400% for any other medicine, and it states that you must have Medicare or no insurance. The rows stay unpublished because the medicine is free to a qualifying applicant and there is no price to publish. The host previously cited for these rows, novonordiskpap.com, does not resolve, and the programme now lives on novocare.com.
• Ozempic, list price: still conflicting. Novo Nordisk publishes its own Ozempic price guide, and it was read on 2026-10-29: it carries the self-pay and savings prices and no list price, so the two circulating figures are still unreconciled.
• Eligibility rule, Medicare GLP-1 Bridge Part D exclusion: the wording now follows medicare.gov. The rule said the disqualifying diagnoses were type 2 diabetes, moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea, or noncirrhotic MASH; medicare.gov states type 2 diabetes, moderate-to-severe sleep apnea, or fatty liver disease, and a noncirrhotic MASH qualification is not stated. The exclusion mechanism is unchanged.
• Medicare GLP-1 Bridge pathway description and FAQ: both now state what medicare.gov states, in the owner-approved wording, instead of describing the programme as reported.
• Mounjaro, LillyDirect self-pay: the figure is a starting price. The manufacturer page shows the same starting figure at every strength, and every visible rendering of this row now says "From $499" rather than "$499".

2026-09-28 — First verified prices: NovoCare Pharmacy and TrumpRx read directly

The first primary-source reads since launch. The NovoCare Pharmacy page and the federal TrumpRx platform were read directly on September 28, 2026, and eight figures were confirmed with their conditions; two insured offers were confirmed as bounds (which are not prices, so they still render no number). Every Lilly-sourced figure remains unverified because Lilly properties refuse automated readers.

• Confirmed on NovoCare Pharmacy: Wegovy pill self-pay tiers (starting strength, the 4 mg strength, and the two highest strengths at a higher verified figure), Wegovy injection introductory price for the two starting doses (first two monthly fills, offer verified through December 31, 2026) with the ongoing prices for standard and HD strengths, and the Ozempic introductory price with its verified ongoing prices per strength.
• Confirmed on TrumpRx: the Zepbound, Ozempic and Wegovy pen monthly figures as displayed on the federal platform, each beside the reference figure the platform shows. The previously conflicting Zepbound figure is superseded by the current listing.
• Recorded, not promoted: the insured "pay as little as" offers on NovoCare Pharmacy are verified bounds with a verified monthly savings cap, and bounds never become values under the rules of evidence.
• Attempted and refused: every Lilly property refused automated readers (HTTP 403, gateway errors, timeouts), so all Lilly-sourced figures stay unverified with the attempt recorded against each.
• The end-date ambiguity on the introductory offers is resolved by the direct read: the verified offer runs through December 31, 2026.

2026-07-30 — Site launch, with no verified prices

The tool, the engine and the full source manifest go live. No price renders as a number, because on this date no figure could be confirmed against a primary source. This entry exists so the gap is on the record from day one rather than discovered later.

• Published the ranking engine covering 6 medications and 8 payment pathways, with eligibility rules held as data rather than prose.
• Filed all 45 tracked price figures as unverified or conflicting with a null value. Outbound connections to every primary source (fda.gov, cms.gov, medicare.gov, hhs.gov, trumprx.gov, sec.gov, and all Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk domains) were refused by the network this build runs on, so none could be read directly.
• Recorded, alongside each unverified figure, what research located and the provenance actually held for it, so a single verification pass can promote it without a code change.
• Marked the TrumpRx pathway as manually curated: programmatic access to trumprx.gov is refused, and the November 2025 announced figures conflict with later readings of the live platform.
• Excluded compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide entirely, the current lawful status being unestablished against FDA sources.
• Suppressed manufacturer savings cards for Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and VA beneficiaries rather than ranking them lower, so a pathway that cannot be used is not shown as an option.
• Applied the reported Medicare Bridge sleep-apnea exclusion despite being unable to confirm it, on the grounds that omitting a real exclusion would quote a price to a beneficiary who cannot obtain it.
