At this dose the higher price applies from your FIRST fill, not after a promotional period. Arriving at the counter expecting the advertised figure could mean a difference of roughly 150 dollars on day one. Confirm your dose price before you fill.
The platform also states $399 per month for the 7.2 mg Wegovy HD strength, which is a separate tier from this one.

What we can and cannot tell you about current TrumpRx prices

We read the platform directly. Every figure on this pathway comes from the product page that states it, carries the date we read it, and carries the condition the platform puts beside it — a fill limit on an introductory offer, a refill window on a purchase offer, or a per-strength price table.

The prices have moved repeatedly. A November 2025 announcement described roughly $350 a month for Ozempic and Wegovy and roughly $346 for Zepbound; the platform shows lower figures now, and the announced figure and the figure the platform shows are not the same thing. Only the second is published here, and only with the date it was read.

Where a figure is not confirmed against the platform itself, it renders as "price not currently verified" with a link to the platform, never as a number. That is the honest position, and it is the difference between this page and an aggregator that is still quoting the November announcement as though it were current.

What TrumpRx will never tell you

TrumpRx lists its own prices. It does not compare them with manufacturer direct-pay programs, with a copay card on commercial insurance, or with Medicare pathways, because it has no reason to. For several medications one of those alternatives is cheaper.

Where the platform states a price as conditional — an introductory offer with a fill limit, or a purchase offer that continues only while you keep a refill window — the condition sits on the card beside the figure.

Why does this site show some TrumpRx prices and not others?

Because a figure is published only where the platform states a price we could read on the page itself. A figure is not published because a search result repeated it, and it is not published where the page states a bound such as "as little as" rather than a price. Every published figure carries the page it came from and the date it was read.
