The direct cash price for the injectable products has been reported as flat across doses, which if true makes NovoCare unusually simple to reason about compared with tiered programs.

The oral product is where the reporting conflicts. Two different monthly figures are in circulation for the starting dose. They may describe genuinely different things, such as a first-fill price against an ongoing price, or a direct price against a retail price with a savings offer applied.
