Cash-pay means exactly that
Buying through a manufacturer self-pay program means you are not using your insurance. That has a consequence people routinely miss: what you spend does not count toward your deductible or your annual out-of-pocket maximum. A refill-window condition attaches at the higher doses, and it is a stated condition rather than a reported one: we read on the manufacturer’s own terms on 2026-10-29 that the purchase offer continues only while you complete your refill within 45 days of the delivery or receipt date of your previous prescription, and that if you miss that window the offer does not apply and the regular price is charged instead. At the two higher tiers that difference is material, so it sits on the card beside the figure.
